The hotel is easy to find, there's parking outside (recommend to phone and reserve a spot). Next door is a multistorey car park which is alright, narrow to drive around and paid for on exit, but you have stairs and lifts to contend with. The hotel itself is nice, there's a comfortable reception area. 2 elevators. My room was comfortable, the bed was lovely and honestly when I checked in I was tired and didn't want to leave. There's a little heater in the room as it got cold at night, it heated the bedroom nicely but the bathroom seemed a challenge. I had to close the bathroom door as it was cold (initially I left it open in the hopes the heater could warm the bathroom for the morning) but I couldn't see any way to heat the bathroom so in the morning it was absolutely freezing (and this is the reason for one less star, it's unpleasant trying to have a shower in a freezing cold room) Full length mirror on the door was nice. Kettle provided for tea and coffee (standard uht cows milk). I didn't see a fridge so bringing a milk alternatives wasn't an option. Water was offered in reusable glass bottles (I like the idea of this but I don't like the fact anyone could have opened this or there's the question about how clean they could be, so I didn't touch them. I would have preferred a glass bottle completely unopened. I understand what the hotel was trying to do in terms of recycling and sustainability but as a solo traveller, I don't take risks like these where the bottle could have been tampered with as it wasn't sealed plus I don't know how fresh the water is). The room was reasonably quiet except for noisy neighbours coming in super late without caring about the noise and again in the morning when they went down for breakfast, rooms aren't completely soundoroof so sounds in the hallway are very audible. I didn't opt for breakfast as they're usually at times not suitable for me and in my opinion overpriced for the offering (I could be wrong here ambut I didn't try what it was like). I would most likely stay here again. It's not right in the city centre but it's close enough (and it's right by the castle). Tb was a decent size however I didn't use it, I went out to see a band then went to sleep so had little time in the room to enjoy the additional facilities.

I’m giving five stars due to the costs of the room and hotel and value for money. It’s jot the best hotel after staying in hotels that cost between £500 and £1500 per night. But the cost £80 including breakfast is a bargain for anyone. Toiletries, teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milk, glass bottled water, hair drier and iron. WiFi and tv. So everything that’s needed. Only thing I suggest is that they spend £25 and change at least one socket in room to include USB charging for your phone obviously. I was on 6% but the staff found me a plug to use for my charging cable so all good in the end. Room tidy. A little dated but again for the money it’s a bargain. Good sized room. Good shower. Actual comfy bed too. Breakfast was decent again for the price. Selection of fresh juices, coffees and teas. English breakfast was ok. Again for the price very good value. Right in the city centre. Little touch a sleep spray next to your bed. Lavender and was relaxing and took away the startchy smells you get from hotel bedding. Nice touch.

Perfect location only 15min walk from Train Station, everything accessible for attractions. Speedy checkin, The hotel has luggage storage very useful if you arrive early & want to find your feet. We had an executive room which was pretty spacious, comfy bed & sofa. We asked if a small fridge was available, & they privided us with a small tabletop version, ideal for milk & a few snacks (Tesco just around corner). The town centre is a few mins walk away, We had a great buffet breakfast (well cooked & tasty), hot & cold food available. We would be staying here again when we come back to Nottingham

Have stayed in this hotel a couple times now, each time the stay has been top tier. Customer service at the desk was excellent and very accommodating. The hotel and rooms are well decorated and feel very upscale. The rooms are compact, but sized amicably. Tonnes of wardrobe space if you're staying for a while, hairdryer, ironing board and the usual you would expect. Absolutely would stay again

We like this hotel, situated near the castle and not far from the main bars and restaurants and a moderate walk to the theatres and arena. One of my favourite bar areas in a Nottingham, so comfortable and cosy. The team are lovely, although we found breakfast a bit chaotic when we visited, kids running about everywhere (although not the hotel's fault) and breakfast items slow to be replenished. It wouldn't put us off staying again. Parking in the multi storey can be a bit tight for larger vehicles, but the hotel has parking next to it which is in an outside space.

Nice hotel. Lovely bar area. The rooms were OK size. We had a basic room which was a little jaded. But perfectly functional. Decent coffee tea and biscuits. Car park was down a back alley but was secure. I am a terrible sleeper and there was a pillow spray to help you sleep which was a lovely touch.

Loved it here, nicely decorated, clean, very close to the lace market and the castle. Fairly central for shopping. 14 mins walk from the train station, 10 mins from Notts county football ground. Parking close by on the multi story car park and great, olde, pubs around the area. Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't bad but not marvelous either. Sufficient tho
